Unused sporting and outdoor gear filling your garage?

Bring it to the Swap Meet!

    Sunday July 29th 11am - 4pm

We’ll have tables available to show off your stuff. Your table is your responsibility to price and oversee.

Stay the whole day, or come and go as you please.

This is an event for our members, and it is not meant for commercial vendors who sell products for a living.

This is a first-time event. Your Board feels it will be a
great social event and service for our members.

Lunch will be served at Noon, pulled pork sandwiches with all the trimmings.

We will also be electing the board members for the 2018-19 terms.

Here is some more information from the event coordinator.

This is a chance for members and their guests to buy, sell and trade outdoor equipment they no longer want or need. If you want to bring things to sell, sign up for a free table. (Directions below.) If you just want to buy or trade, come out and see what members have on hand. Terms are cash only so bring appropriate cash to make purchases easy. If you plan to sell, price things yourself as you would at a garage sale and bring plenty of change.

    Suggested items:

Fishing - - Rods, reels, lures, boating equipment, tackle boxes or anything else related to fishing.

Hunting - - Decoys, decoy bags, calls, electronic callers, bows, arrows, gun and bow cases, targets, target holders, clothing, new factory shells, ammo boxes, cleaning supplies, cleaning rods, optics, and reloading equipment.

General outdoors - - Clothing, optics, boots, waders, GPS, birding books, and knives

If you have a boat, canoe or kayak you want to sell, bring a sign to post with the item’s details and your contact information so a potential buyer can reach you at home after the sale. If you want to sell a gun bring a sign with details and contact information so you can finalize the sale on your own off-premises.

    Contact information for table space:

We hope it is an active day so it will be first come first served for table space. Don’t wait until the last minute. The goal will be to have all activity indoors, but if demand is high and weather permits some tables could be moved outside.
