I'm late getting this post up, but I wanted to thank the leadership and members for allowing local area Cub Scouts and parents access to the Chapter facilities for their Cub Scout Day Camp at the end of June. I'm a new Ikes member and also helped run an activity station at the camp -ham radio. The kids had a great time and the adults were very impressed with the Chapter's facilities. It's no doubt an inconvenience to members for the range to be closed for three days. I can tell you from my experience that the Cub Scouts enjoyed the 3 day camp and it was a fantastic setting for their outdoor activities.
